    You can dissolve the flakes in cold water (30℃) by adding them gradually in a 5-10% proportion, stirring for 3-5 minutes, and leaving aside for 1-2 hours before stirring again. For warm water, add flakes at room temperature, stir for 3-5 minutes, heat to 50-60℃, and stir for 30-60 minutes until even paste forms, then cool it down.
  • What are the application methods for this softener?
    The softener can be applied via padding (20-30g/L of 10% solution at 30-40℃) or dipping (3-8% o.w.f of 10% solution at 40-50℃ with a liquor ratio of 1:10-15 for 30 minutes).
  • What is the shelf life and storage condition for this product?
    The product has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in a cool, dry, and shaded warehouse. It is packed in 25kg plastic woven bags for easy handling and storage.
